Ingrid Slater is an experienced coach, facilitator and organisational consultant. Born in South Africa, she graduated from the University of Cape Town with Psychology, Drama, English, Sociology and Philosophy. With a background in Theatre in Education, Television and Radio, Ingrid moved into Adult Learning in 1990.

Ingrid owned and managed New Communications with her late business partner and friend, Gina Benjamin. Together they facilitated change management, advocacy, communication and media management programs with corporate clients and Nelson Mandela’s cabinet in the new South African dispensation.

Migrating to Australia with her family in 2003, Ingrid sucprofit organisacessfully established Ingrid Slater & Associates, delivering customised development programs to loyal clients, including Fortune 100 corporations, small to medium emerging enterprises and not-for-tions.

Ingrid lives in Sydney with her husband and children. Her Associates live all over Australia and in South Africa, UK, USA and Europe.

Ingrid’s style is inclusive, collaborative, innovative and outcome focused.
